As Chief Financial Officer of Permeo Technologies, Inc., a subsidiary of $40 billion NEC Corporation, Glenn built and managed all financial and administrative functions including financial planning/reporting, accounting, tax, human resource, facilities, trade compliance, benefits and legal areas. Prior to Permeo, Glenn was Director of Administration & Finance with Didovici.com, an e-commerce start-up. Glenn has also held financial management positions with Neiman Marcus Group, Dallas Theater Center/Dallas Theater Center Endowment Fund, HGP Industries, Inc., Perceptive Technologies and Alpine Distributing.
